Method of payment

When using the online registration platform you can use the following payment methods: Visa or MasterCard credit cards. The PAYBOX payment service by VERIFONE will automatically send the participant an invoice. A confirmation of registration will be sent to the participant’s email address.
In case the participant needs a separate invoice for the accompanying person, the participant will need to register and pay for their registration first. The accompanying person can then be registered on the online registration platform, using the participant login and password to connect to the participant’s account. A second invoice will then be generated for the accompanying person.

Cancellation and Refunds

Registered conference participants (delegate & accompanying person) who cancel their registrations will receive a refund of the conference registration fee as follows:
Receipt of cancellation by 31st January 2019: refund of 100% of the registration fee, less an administration fee of EUR 150.
After this deadline, a no-refunds policy will apply.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Congress secretariat, and any possible refund may be refunded after the Congress.
